At Kingsford we believe in and practice a "Ministry of All Believers". This means that all members of the church are encouraged to minister to one another both inside and outside our church community. Some ministry is structured and is supported by, and overseen by, the church leadership. Other ministry is ad hoc and is encouraged as appropriate.
